About your host, Rachael O'Meara:

Rachael O’Meara, MBA, MA is an leadership coach who empowers her clients to develop their emotional intelligence to stay out of overwhelm and thrive as they feel more energized, empowered and resilient. Rachael's 13 years of experience at Google helps her know what it takes to be a successful leader. Her book Pause was a top business book for your career and was featured in the New York Times, WSJ.com and on the TEDx stage. Rachael is also a passionate rower and triathlete, currently based in Sarasota, Florida and travels worldwide for workshops, speaking events, and conferences.

She is certified in trauma-informed breathwork facilitator since 2021 from Pause Breathwork (not affiliated with Power of Pause). Rachael's also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), has an MBA from Fordham University, and a Master’s in Transformational Leadership and Coaching from the Wright Graduate University.
